Meet The Chef

Chef Patrick Callarec

A native of Perigueux, France, Patrick Callarec entered a special French culinary academy when he was only 13 years old. His remarkable culinary career has since spanned over 40 years in kitchens around the world and he was awarded the prestigious title of Maîtres Cuisiniers de France in 2023.
