Advance reservations are highly recommended to ensure your preferred time, treatment type and therapist. To make an appointment, please call 707.251.3000 or book online. Couples experiences must be booked via phone. All spa services must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Guests have all-day access to the spa, but please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your treatment. Services start and end at the time reserved. To accommodate all guests and therapists as scheduled, late arrivals will receive an abbreviated treatment in the time remaining, charged at full price.

Please provide 24-hour notice should you need to cancel an appointment. The full cost of services will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours or no-show appointments.

For your convenience, The Meritage Resort and Spa operates as a cashless property. We gladly accept all major credit or debit cards for onsite spa services, dining and shopping onsite.

Treatment prices include a 22% service charge, of which 15% is allocated to your service provider, 2% is allocated to support staff and 5% is retained by the spa. Additional gratuities are optional but always appreciated. A 24% service charge is added to all spa services for groups of 10 or more.

We welcome guests 18 years or older.

During your reservation, please state a preference for a male or female therapist, and advise us of any medical conditions or if you are pregnant. During your treatment, please communicate any preferences regarding pressure, focus areas or discomfort to your therapist.

To preserve the relaxation and privacy of all our guests, please turn off your cell phones, cameras, and all other electronic devices upon entering the spa.
