The lobby will have a neutral color palette to create a soothing and elegant mood, and intriguing textures that will add warmth and personality to the space. The lobby focal point, the two-sided fireplace, will feature a sophisticated tile surround with geometric patterns, and a natural wood mantel. The hotel lobby renovation will make the lobby a more inviting and stylish space for the guests and visitors of The Meritage Resort and Spa.

Commons Bar

Commons Bar, the lobby bar of The Meritage Resort and Spa, is undergoing an expansion and renovation that will elevate its charm and utility. The refurbishment, slated to finish by January 10, 2024, will entail a spacious seating area, with new windows that will usher in natural light, and a neutral color palette that will evoke a serene and soothing atmosphere. The bar will also boast intriguing textures, such as wood, stone, and leather, that will impart some personality and coziness to the space.

Meritage Rooms

The new design of the Meritage guestrooms is inspired by Napa Valley with neutral tones and touches of natural linen, warm leather accents and aged metal details.

“Leather detailing and metal hardware showcase elevated craftsmanship in a sophisticated interpretation of an equestrian aesthetic,” said Sarah Hullinger, senior project designer, HBA San Francisco. “Wood, leather, metal, and stone are carried through the furnishings and fixtures, bringing a slightly masculine element of rustic comfort, while linen fabric and curved lines at the coffee niche balance the room with an approachable softness.”

Meritage Pool

The Meritage Resort and Spa is pleased to announce the renovation of its adult-only pool, which will offer a relaxing and luxurious experience. The renovation will include additional lounge chair seating, where guests can enjoy the sun and the views of the vineyards. The renovation will also include updated private cabanas for privacy and comfort. The renovation will also feature a neutral palette and natural texture, which will create a soothing and elegant atmosphere. The adult-only pool renovation will make the pool a more inviting and stylish place for the guests of The Meritage Resort and Spa.

Bordeaux Rooms

In the Bordeaux guestrooms, the interiors will be guided by the agricultural history and grains of Napa in a natural, tonal color scheme and feature sophisticated finishes with a slightly rustic touch that is fitting to the resort’s wine country locale. The guestrooms will showcase decorative lighting with a mix of dark bronze and brushed brass, new wallcoverings that highlight a subtle geometric texture to give softness and depth to the room, fabrics of a neutral pallet with an organic feel, and new broadloom carpet with a modern, geometric design.

“With a nod to the Mission-style architecture of the resort, the furniture of the Bordeaux guestrooms was selected to be timeless providing an updated expression of relaxed California elegance,” said Hullinger. “We took a minimalistic approach to keep rooms looking clean and uncluttered.”

Crush Lounge

Crush lounge, the onsite bowling alley and sports bar at the Meritage Resort and Spa, is getting a renovation. The makeover includes a new modern logo with a fresh new color palette featuring off-white, pine, basil, and bronze tones. The interior will be sexy, modern and sophisticated, with velvet, leather, and wood furnishings to create a cozy and elegant atmosphere. Whether you are looking for a fun game of bowling, a refreshing drink, or a lively conversation, Crush lounge is the place to be.

Blend Café

Blend Café, the onsite coffee bar at the Meritage Resort and Spa, is undergoing a stunning transformation that elevates its style and ambiance. The new design features cool grey tones such as Iron River and Pebble Walk, creating a soothing and modern vibe. The live edge wood shelving adds a touch of warmth and natural beauty, while the updated retail shopping spaces will offer a variety of products and souvenirs. Whether you are looking for a morning boost, a midday snack, or a relaxing evening, Blend is the perfect place to enjoy a sophisticated atmosphere and a delicious cup of coffee.

Sora Napa

The Meritage Resort and Spa is proud to announce the renovation, renaming, and rebranding of its onsite bubbles bar, which will be completed by April 4, 2024. The new name of this upscale bar will be Sora Napa, inspired by a small waterbird that lives in Valley. This bubbles bar will feature Champagne and Bubbles from around the globe and will be a hotspot for intimate celebrations and memorable experiences. Sora Napa will feature a feminine, sophisticated, immersive, bright and fun design, a chic lounge area, and a festive vibe.
