Know Before You Go
Prepare for an enchanting ice skating experience at The Meritage. A signed waiver will be required for each skater prior to entering the ice rink. Please take a moment to complete our digital waiver:
Important Information
Your ice skating ticket grants you a 90-minute session on our magnificent open-air rink, complete with skate rental. Step onto the ice and glide into the festive spirit of the season.
Ice skate helpers are available in limited quantities on-site for an additional $5 to help beginners ages 12 and under glide smoothly and confidently. To reserve an ice skate helper, please inquire at check-in and one of our rink attendants will confirm availability.
Plan to arrive 20 minutes early for check-in and skate fitting. Dress warmly and bring gloves and thick socks for comfort.
Our ice rink is an outdoor experience, and its operation is subject to weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather, we will issue full refunds or offer the opportunity to reschedule your session.

Relax by your own private fire pit and enjoy a classic s'mores kit, or gather in a cozy igloo with sparkling wine for a touch of celebration. Ice Rink Waiver: Guest FAQ

Enter your email address and either your Way confirmation code or your last name. Use the confirmation code when completing a waiver for a specific booking.
No. A completed waiver covers the signer and listed attendees for the current rink season, which runs from November through January. You will need a new waiver next season.
Yes. One signer may include family members and anyone they are legally authorized to sign for. A booking with multiple families can have separate waivers.
You can remove that attendee so their family can complete a separate waiver, or check the legalguardian confirmation if you are authorized to sign for them.
Select Copy waiver invite, then paste the link into a text message, email, or another app. The other signer enters their own email address and uses the booking confirmation code in the link.
No. A booking waiver cannot include more people than the ticket allows, and each person must match someone on the booking. You can remove someone who belongs on a separate family waiver.
The participant fields will be blank. Enter each participant's first name, last name, and date of birth before submitting.
You can start an unlinked, on-site waiver using your email address and last name. This type of waiver allows you to add up to six attendees.
Your waiver is securely recorded. Download the completed PDF immediately from the completion screen. The private download link expires after five minutes and is not shown again.

Confirm that you used the same email address and participant names as the earlier waiver. If another participant needs coverage, complete a new waiver for that person or family.
