When the sun is setting, there is a magical feeling in the air, that of the light changing and another small cycle closing. Take in the beautiful vineyard views, watch the sunset and remind yourself of the journey of letting go through this yoga practice. Channel the serenity through the body and mind as you breathe in and recharge as the sun begins to set.
