Gentle + Restore Yoga with Ashton | Thursday, October 10, 2024 | 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
This class is an easeful practice performed at a slower pace, longer holds, and with use of props to hold the body in positions of ease and comfort. Meditation and breathing exercises are integrated throughout the practice to promote the effects of conscious relaxation. Highly suitable for beginners, those with pain, stress, anxiety and sleep challenges.

Begin your day on the vineyard deck with a Pilates HIIT class, followed by a sauna session overlooking the Napa Valley. After a cold rinse shower, relax with light bites and a wine tasting by Enoteca Della Santina.

Flow Yoga honors individuals’ energetic levels earlier in the morning. This class, located in our Motion Studio at the Signature building, allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up and energize the body, and leave class ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality and equanimity.

Barre Class | Monday, 10:15am
Motion Studio
Join us every Monday in August for Garuda Barre with Valerie. This class incorporates elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga and works for all levels of fitness. Movements are performed on a ballet bar with the use of a resistance band to improve strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and more! It even offers low-impact cardio to give you a safe, effective, full-body workout.

Vineyard Yoga Hike | Saturday, 8:45 am
Meet at Spa Cave Entrance
Join us for a hike through our hillside vineyards on Saturday mornings. This class is the perfect blend of endurance, strength, flexibility and balance. Enjoy a 1.5 mile hike through the Vineyard ending at the “Crusher” Statue atop the hill (great for a photo op). Then trek down to our Vineyard Deck while taking in the panoramic views of Napa Valley. Here you will participate in a few sun salutations, stretching exercises, breathwork, and meditation. A great way to start your day. Please wear running/walking shoes and layered clothing to your comfort. Yoga mats will not be used for this activity. We will meet at the Spa Cave entrance. (In case of rain we will pivot to Guided Meditation in the Motion Studio)

Light HIIT Class | Sunday, 8:30am

This class will increase your heart rate while minimizing the amount of stress and impact you put on your body. You will feel the intensity effects of a HIIT workout with a gentler approach that is easier on the body. Burn calories, get your heart pumping and enjoy this perfect mix of power and grace.

If music inspires you to move, you will love this personal session with our dance instructor. Choose the style that interests you—ballroom, modern, ballet, jazz, or Latin—and dance your cares away.
A blend of moving meditations and relaxing restorative poses (typically done on the floor) to help the body release stress and tension. Restorative poses are an important part of a long-term yoga practice, helping to recharge energy reserves, heal the body from stress and bring the nervous system to a more balanced state.
Low-impact, strength training, and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Specifically, for those new to yoga, this class introduces the fundamentals of a yoga practice—breath, awareness, proper alignment, and mindfulness practice. Also, an excellent choice for those working around injuries or for longtime yoga students looking to refine their practice.
Meditation is the simple and direct practice of moment-to-moment mindfulness. With careful and sustained observation and proper breathing techniques, we can experience the ever-changing flow of the mind-body process to cultivate awareness and learn to accept more fully the pleasure and pain, fear and joy, sadness and happiness that are inevitable in life.
